Placing orders
When you place an order you agree to pay the listed total including applicable taxes, fees, tips, and delivery charges. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the kitchen has not yet started preparing them. Once preparation begins, refunds are at the discretion of Reef Hookah & Grill.
Delivery
Delivery is performed by third party drivers (Uber, DoorDash, and others). Estimated times are not guarantees. Address and access issues can delay or cancel a delivery. In those cases you will receive a refund or the option to pick up.
Food safety
Reef Hookah & Grill lists major allergens in the menu where present. If you have a severe allergy, call the kitchen before ordering. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
Gift cards and promos
Gift cards do not expire unless stated. Promo codes are single use per customer unless stated otherwise. Wheel-spin prizes are valid for the duration shown at issue.
